Colin Appleyard have enhanced their Modulus eVHC system with the VHSee video module at their Suzuki dealerships in Ashton, Huddersfield, Keighley and Shipley.
Following a trial at Ashton, the video sent to the customer via email or SMS together with the eVHC technician report had a positive impact on upselling identified red work and promoting complete transparency for vehicles passing though the workshop.
